Effective September 29, 2026. These terms cover parklineweb.com and the free site check. Paid website work is covered by a separate written agreement.
The free site check
You ask us to review a website you own or are authorized to represent. We test its public pages with automated tools and our own review, and send you a short report. The report is our opinion about what we saw at the time we tested. Test results can change from one run to the next, and a site can change after we look at it.
No guarantee
We don't promise any search ranking, traffic, calls, leads or sales, from the report or from anything you do because of it.
No obligation
The check is free. You don't have to buy anything, and we may decline or stop offering checks at any time.
How we contact you
We'll send the report and may reply to you by email. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Your part
Only submit a site you own or have permission to have checked, and give an email address that is yours.
Our content
The text and design of this site are ours. You may share your own report.
Limitation of liability
The site and report are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Parkline Web is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for the free check is limited to what you paid for it, which is zero.
Law
Pennsylvania law governs these terms, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above.
